Below you’ll find our September 2016 Market Update for single family homes, condominiums and villas in Hillsborough County. You’ll notice that the median sold price for condos and townhomes in September is up 7.3% compared to September 2015. You can also see that single family home median sold prices are up 11.6% year over year.
